I am a software engineer and have always been fond of the richness and elegance of Indian culture, something that I felt was not very present in most areas here in the US. Hence, I was motivated to start my own boutique here on Etsy and bring to my buyers, the culture that we have missed and adored.
SHOP POLICIES:
Please note that we make videos of each and every item before shipping. We are not responsible for damages caused to items while trying them on or after you have received.
Please make a video of the item while opening your package. The video should be continuous without cuts. We quality check each and every item for damages even before shipping it. This step is only for damages that are not otherwise apparent. Also note that overthreads, small thread lines, pulled threads, some wrinkles, small dotted holes, one or two beads fallen off are very common in weaving and packaging and are not considered damages. Examples of tear include big stains, tear in the cloth, color difference on same side of the cloth.
In the unlikely case of damage (as shown in your package opening video), it should it reported to me within 2 days of receiving the order and a full refund will be issued.
We are not responsible for items that do not fit you. It is your responsibility to buy the correct size of your order.
If you cancel the order before it is shipped, we will issue you a store credit for the same amount, that you can use within 6 months to purchase a different item from my store.
We do not take returns on your orders. Items may be exchanged for a different item from my store, whose value is same or higher than the previous item. Previous item should be in the same condition as we shipped to the buyer. Exchange item will be shipped only after I receive the previous item in same condition. There will be 10% restocking fees for exchanges.
In the case of exchange, buyer should message me about the intention to exchange within 2 days of receiving the item. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping charge of the previous item to the seller (me).
International Shipping: Shipping to any country outside of USA is considered international. For international shipping, the custom duties, any other taxes (as applicable to that particular country) and shipping charges are on the customer. I do not pay for the above entities.
